Below is the entire process in which the translator is involved. It includes various types of activities in addition to the translation itself. This is done to ensure the highest quality translation.

1. Request for translation and consultation

Consultation with the customer on rates, deadlines and the translation process after a thorough analysis of the data.

2. Making a quotation

Rates and specifications for the project files are sent after consultation.

3. Customer confirmation

Receiving a reply letter or an application contract from the customer.

4. Translation

A translator project is created and performed in Trados based on the agreed schedule. In the course of work on the project, a glossary on the subject is compiled. If there is already a glossary on the subject, it can be supplemented with new terms or phrases.

5. Quality control, proofreading and editing in the course of the project

Checking for correct terminology used, proper context, no context errors, omissions, typos, checking for source language characters and accuracy of the translation by comparing the target file with the source file using appropriate software. The format of the source document is maintained on a mandatory basis.

6. Customer verification and feedback

The customer checks the translation and sends his comments, if any.

7. Project handover

The completed translation is sent to the customer by e-mail.

8. Customer service after the project completion

If the customer needs revisions after the check, the draft translation is modified accordingly, the proofreading is performed, and the final version is sent to the customer.

9. Invoice preparation

The invoice is sent to the customer by e-mail.

10. Payment

The customer pays the invoice by bank transfer or any available method before the date agreed at the quotation stage.
